We offer end-to-end trip planning, flight and hotel booking, experience curation, group and corporate travel coordination, wellness retreat planning and ongoing travel advisory. Everything is tailored to you.
Fees are based on the complexity of your trip. A simple one or two destination itinerary starts at $100 CAD. Multi-stop or luxury trips are priced from there. The initial consultation fee is credited toward your booking if you go ahead.
The discovery call is free for first-time clients. For others it's $50, which gets applied to your planning fee if you book. It's a no-pressure conversation to see if it's a good fit.
Research, itinerary design, booking management and on-trip support. Depending on your package, it also includes flights, hotel sourcing, transfers and any special requests you want handled.
Yes. We offer individual services on an a la carte basis if you only need help with one piece. Pricing varies depending on what's involved.
Yes. Group travel and corporate retreats are a strong part of what we do. We handle the coordination, venues, activities and logistics so you don't have to manage it across a group.
Through our supplier relationships we can often secure room upgrades, daily breakfast, hotel credit, spa credits and direct access to the hotel team on arrival. These are perks that aren't available through standard booking platforms.
It depends on the complexity of the trip. Simple itineraries can come together quickly. For multi-destination or luxury trips, we recommend getting in touch at least two to three months before you want to travel.
